Ingredients
1 cup apple cider
1 cup light brown sugar
½ cup salted butter, cut into cubes and room temperature
¼ cup heavy cream, room temperature
⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- On medium-high heat, bring cider to a boil on the stovetop.
- Boil for ~12 minutes. It should be reduced to about 1/4 cup.
- Add in sugar, butter, cream, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until combined.
- Boil for 2-3 more minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla.
- Cool.
