Just a quick note to the handful of people who may be following me already:
I haven't forgotten to post. It's been a crazy weekend and, while the pieces of the pierogies are ready to assemble, I just can't bring myself to start assembling them at 8pm on a Sunday night. My 5am alarm will be here way too soon.
I can tell you that the filling is awesome and I'm so excited to have some soon!! Pics coming with the recipe and process later this week.
